CHAMBER EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: Event fees that are not collected, either in advance or at the door, will be billed. Event registration fees are fully refundable if the attendee submits a cancellation request via e-mail at least 72 hours in advance of the event. If you do not RSVP, the cost is $17 and we do not guarantee you will have a seat. If you do not cancel 72 hours in advance, you will be charged for your reservation even if you do not attend.
The Grayson County Chamber of Commerce is required by our caterers to guarantee and pay for an advance number of attendees for each event. Therefore, if you do not cancel your registration within72 hours of the event or do not attend, you will be invoiced and required to pay for your RSVP. Registration fees may be transferred from one registrant to another with a request via e-mail within 72 hours of the event.
