The 2015 Turkey Trot
Event Description:
FREE 5K & 10K Fun Run/Walk! Enjoy a healthy start to your Thanksgiving holiday weekend and join us in a casual 5K/10K fun run or walk. All ages and abilities are welcome and encouraged to participate. We will be partnering with the Grayson County Aliance to collect non-perishable foods for those in need in our county. Every non-perishable food item you donate during our Turkey Trot will earn you a raffle ticket for our awesome prize raffle. More donations equal more tickets which equal more chances to win! No pre-registration is required. Participants may begin picking up their race bibs and turning in donations for tickets at 7:15 AM. Prizes will be distributed through a random drawing of names from the tickets collected through non-perishable items.
