Event Description:
Spring Clean-Up for residents inside the Clarkson City limits will be Monday-Thursday, April 6th-9th. Larger items, such as appliances, mattresses, and furniture will be picked up at that time. We will pick up what we can on the regular garbage routes on each of those days. What we cannot get at that time, we will drive all around town at various times on each day of the cleanup with a dump trailer and pick up. So you can set your items out on any of those four days.
The deadline to have your items out for pickup will be 8:00 am on Friday, April 10th, at which time we will make one last trip around town looking for items to pickup. We will not be able to pick up the following items: paint, waste oil, tires, tree limbs, leaves, and construction debris. Freon must be drained out of refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners before they can be picked up and taken to the landfill. Contact City Hall for questions or for more information
