Event Description:
GCHD and Natalie Taul from the Extension Office will be offering a Diabetes teaser class here at the Health Dpmt. Starting a 5pm. This session will offer education of portion control and staying on track for the holidays, with an air fryer demonstration. All participants, kids included, will be placed in a raffle for a free air fryer. All participants will also receive a free diabetes cookbook.
