Our Leitchfield facility has been a part of Bel Brands, USA for almost five decades. Our parent company purchased the Avalon Cheese company in 1970, and it’s been an essential part of the Leitchfield community ever since.

Many of the Leitchfield employees have worked at the plant for over 15 years, so it’s implicit that it’s a work environment that people enjoy. One of the biggest employers in Grayson county, it runs on the knowledge and expertise of its people, and we invest in them as much as possible with education reimbursement and on- and off-site training and development.
